A day in the life of ....Annabel

Today I got up at a quarter to seven. It was warm but it was wet. I had a cup of green tea and I ate porridge for breakfast. I walked with the dogs Spot and Mo. Mo belongs to my friend. She is an old dog. She’s deaf. Suddenly, Mo ran into the forest. She ran up the hill. Mo ran! Spot ran! I shouted “ Mo – come here!” Mo was deaf. I ran! I caught Mo at half past eight.She was muddy. Spot was muddy. I was muddy! I was late for church – nearly!
I was leading the service. I didn’t want to be late for church! Fortunately, I wasn’t late. Oh dear! I had an anxious morning today!

Heddiw wnes i godi am chwarter i saith. Roedd hi’n gynnes ond roedd hi’n wlyb. Wnes i gael paned o de gwyrdd a wnes i fwyta uwd i frecwast. Wnes i gerdded efo’r cŵn Spot a Mo. Mae Mo yn perthyn i fy ffrind. Mae hi’n hen gi. Mae hi’n fyddar. Yn sydyn, wnaeth Mo redeg i mewn i’r goedwig. Wnaeth hi redeg i fyny’r bryn. Wnaeth Mo redeg! Wnaeth Spot redeg! Wnes i weiddi “ Mo – ty’d yma!” Roedd Mo yn fyddar. Wnes i redeg! Wnes i ddal Mo am hanner awr wedi wyth. Roedd hi’n fydlyd. Roedd Spot yn fydlyd. Ôn i’n fydlyd! Ôn i’n hwyr i’r eglwys - bron!
Ôn i’n arwain y gwasanaeth. Dôn i ddim isio bod yn hwyr i’r eglwys! Yn ffodus, dôn i ddim yn hwyr. O diar! Wnes i gael bore pryderus heddiw!

I get up at nine ‘o clock. I get washed and dressed, then I have breakfast ( grilled bacon). Then I wash the dishes,then I’ll go to the garden to water the tomatoes and dig and weed. Then I’ll go to the house to my wife and make an egg sandwich and I watch television and eat lunch. At half past five I wash the dishes again and watch the television. I go to bed at half past eleven

Dw i’n codi am naw o’r gloch. Dw i’n ymolchi a gwisgo, wedyn dw i’n cael brecwast (bacwn ‘di grilio). Wedyn dw i’n golchi’r llestri, wedyn wna i fynd i’r ardd i roi dŵr i’r tomatos a palu a chwynnu. Wedyn wna i fynd yn y tŷ at fy ngwraig a gwneud brechdan wyau a dw i’n gwylio’r teledu a bwyta cinio. Am hanner awr wedi pump dw i’n golchi’r llestri eto ac eistedd i wylio’r teledu. Dw i’n mynd i’r gwely am hanner awr wedi deg

Today, I got up at half past seven. It was cloudy but no rain. I had a shower and I got dressed. Then, I went to the kitchen.(I haven’t got any stairs. I live in a bungalow). I ate porridge for breakfast and I had a cup of coffee. I went to shop to buy milk and bread, and then I went home. We had soup for dinner with bread and butter. Then, I went to Dôl Ifton with Len and Dolly the dog. It was warm and sunny. I had a lovely day.

Hediw, wnes i godi am hanner awr wedi saith. Roedd hi’n gymylog ond dim glaw. Wnes i gael cawod a wnes i wisgo. Wedyn, wnes i fynd i’r gegin. (‘Sgen i ddim grisiau. Dw i’n byw mewn byngalo). Wnes i fwyta uwd i frecwast a wnes i gael paned o goffi. Wnes i fynd i siopa i brynu llefrith a bara, a wedyn wnes i fynd adre. Wnaethon ni gael cawl i ginio efo bara menyn. Wedyn, wnes i fynd i Ddôl Ifton efo Len a Dolly y ci. Roedd hi’n gynnes ac yn heulog. Wnes i gael diwrnod hyfryd.
