Croeso/Welcome to the Clwb, we meet on the first Wednesday of each month. Our regular meetings are held at Awelon in School road Ruthin. We do, on occasion have extra meetings for walks visits or a meal (Christmas) when we don’t meet at Awelon but the change will be published.
Our programme for the coming year 2011/12 begins with a film “strange Night” in November. December and the festive season is upon us with carol singing with Nick (Pentenyn) and our annual Christmas Dinner, this years venue The Vale Country Club.
In the new year we are given a chance to burn off the extra calories with some gentle Pilates. February there will be Photo show “Heather and Hillforts”, the Clwb has been invited to visit with Merched Y Wawr to play beetle. March and at our St Davids Day meeting we celebrate with Traditional Welsh fare “Cawl a Phudin. Sunday18 why not join Carole and John for a walk from the Druid Inn. April and we can watch a cookery demonstration at Awelon. If you are an aspiring performer come to our May meeting and tread the boards for five minutes.
We hope that this programme has something for you, if not just come along and enjoy the company and practice you Welsh.
